A passionate fitness professional with a focused goal of the client’s holistic wellness and improved quality of life. After having spent years as the person who wanted to desperately lose weight, be healthy and feel good about herself, I decided to become a fitness coach.
I understand that life can be hectic, and it is often tough to find time to schedule a workout. I have been there myself, and have made every excuse possible. Using my experience, I have been able to design programs that are manageable, enjoyable and tailor-made to suit each individual’s needs. My goal is to make the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health, and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
I have been a qualified fitness professional since 2011, and have worked with hundreds of people over the last decade. My clientele continues to include high profile Celebrities, Industrialists and Politicians. I was also part of the Indian Idol Junior 2015 finalists’ fitness journeys.

I have been working out with Aditi for almost a year now, I couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. Aditi is extremely encouraging and always pushes me to go an extra mile. The workouts are always different and I look forward to each session. Aditi is a very selfless and genuine person. I can close my eyes and just follow what she says as I know she takes utmost care of smallest possible injury during the workout sessions. Also, what I like about her is that she explains each exercise well- with its benefits and area of focus. She has helped me to tone and strengthen my body. Aditi is a fantastic trainer and a health coach! I have been attending her classes for the last 7 months, and see a marked difference in my fitness levels. I have had cervical spondylosis for the last 15 years, dealing with a stiff neck almost every morning. I can say with a lot of gratitude that my neck and shoulders have become far more stronger under her guidance, with no cervical issues for the last many weeks! Apart from this, am experiencing a significant improvement in my core strength and posture. In spite of it being a group session, she ends up giving personalized attention, with a lot of focus on ensuring that no injury happens on the mat. Aditi has great passion and energy for what she does, which is highly inspiring and contagious! Thank you for being an integral part of my fitness and wellness journey. Aditi is a fantastic and incredibly committed fitness trainer. I have been working out with Aditi for almost 5 months now and have already noticed a huge improvement in my fitness level. The weight loss that has come along is a big motivator. I do Pilates with her thrice a week, and it is a session I not only enjoy but also look forward to. Every workout is a challenge, but one that I enjoy and thank her for. She is a tremendous motivator who pushes you but at the same time ensures that you are not overwhelmed. Aditi is an extremely proficient trainer. She has in-depth know how of the physiology of the muscular system of the body which shows in the way she conducts her sessions. I started exercising for the first time in the proper manner with her 6 months back and am astonished myself to see my energy levels going up leaps and bound. Aditi is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. She is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably ( after the 2yrs of lockdown hiatus) and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I actually look forward to our Mixed Bag workouts (as everyday is a new kind of workout day).

My journey with Aditi started one and half years back when I had to do water exercises due to immense pain in my knee. From water exercises to Pilates to today...each class has been unique and well designed. The way she understands each one’s strength and weakness and our body, is just like a potter moulding a clay ( though we do call her our enemy while she makes us do exercise )
Aditi is an amazing trainer of the body as well mind! She worked with me on strengthening the most deep-rooted muscles which I didn't know existed. This helped me focus inward which is a kind of meditation in itself. During my initial days, I had a peculiar problem of developing headaches post workout. She advised me not to pay heed to it. As that is the way body revolts to the hardwork it has to put in during workout. Miraculously the headache disappeared in a few days! She has made me realize I am much stronger than I think I am. Cannot thank her enough!
I used to be the stiffest person anyone would know. Thanks to Aditi I have achieved flexibility and am able to do things which I could never imagine. I also had a weak back and would be in aches and pains very often but after starting workouts with Aditi my back aches have considerably reduced. She helped me to work through the pain in a manner that enabled me to continue my workout and still gain strength in a safe and effective way. I can’t really thank her enough. Aditi is very enthusiastic, fun and knows how to push you without overdoing it. She helps me keep motivated and makes workouts enjoyable with her sense of humor and spirit - which I have never enjoyed before. I strongly recommend her, not only for being the best in her field but also for such a caring and warm person that she is.
